Only on your device. An automatic backup is made every day (Settings > Saving).

Can I bring back a notebook I deleted?

Yes, for 30 days from Settings > Trash.

I found a bug

Share the report from Settings > Problems > Diagnostics and send it by email.

A diagnostics report holds no drawings, notebook titles or identity details: just the app version, device type, iOS version, memory readings, screen names and crash logs. Sending it is entirely up to you.
